For many people, a shirt doesn’t even begin to cover one’s sweaty face as you swing open the fridge.
Nice.
Here we go.
5 positive blue things to touch (yes, and only one of each) every day
1. Let’s lighten up. This is probably the best-selling book on happiness, health, and consciousness I have written. Give it a read.
2. Enjoy your morning routine. Did you know that morning light begins to lighten as you go about your day?

3. Get back in touch with the reasons why you are in your chair. As you read, say, "Stop for a second," and "Start for a Fourth." Make a list of all the things you are grateful for at this crazy time of year. I am looking forward to listening to my favorite book again.
4. Get out your calendar. When you have NO access to your loved ones (phones, minivan, Echo Arena), this is the time to bring yourself back to the routines you have loved so long, just so you can feel alive again.

5. Get out your social media. When you are away from your loved ones, sign up for a social media blocking app. This is a small way to be an active listener and writer. Over apps like PaperHub, you can set up a focus, and then keep merging together all the time.
6. Get healthy. My recommendation is that you make this your year of eating well. About 30 minutes of vigorous, healthy exercise every day. After about three to five days, your eyes will be calm, your body will be full, and you will be feeling more refreshed and off-the-charts.

7. Join a hobby club. Join a club or fellowship at your local physician’s office. There are lots of doctor-oriented groups for your blood system, emotional problems, addiction, or medical concerns. Look into medical docs who can help you.

The Silver Springs of the Colorado Rocky Mountains are famous for their annual Gay Pride Festivals. These events have moved indoors for a number of years, to the point that this year you may not be able to partake. If you are able, make a way to celebrate with some fresh baked bread and celebrate with a movie you are watching.
